How do I add Diana to a channel?
Invite Diana to any channel by typing /invite @Diana or mention her with @Diana and she'll join automatically.
What can I ask Diana?
Diana can answer questions, search the web, summarize channel conversations, analyze shared files, create Slack canvases, manage channels, and work with your connected tools like Notion and GitHub.
How does Diana handle my data?
Diana does not store Slack message content beyond what's needed to complete your request. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. LLM providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) do not retain your data or use it for model training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I control what Diana has access to?
Yes. Diana only reads messages in channels she's been added to. Workspace administrators can manage Diana's access from the Slack admin panel. Individual users control which third-party integrations are connected from the dashboard.
How do I remove Diana?
A workspace administrator can uninstall Diana from the Slack app management page. All associated data is deleted within 14 business days of uninstallation.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Diana's core features — AI chat, web search, channel summarization, and file analysis — are available at no cost.
