  1. Install Diana Agent— Click “Add to Slack” from the Slack Marketplace or your workspace's app directory.
  2. Start a conversation— Mention @Diana Agent in any channel or send her a direct message.
  3. Connect your tools— Visit your dashboard at app.getdiana.com to connect Notion, GitHub, and other integrations.

How do I add Diana Agent to a channel?

Invite Diana Agent to any channel by typing /invite @Diana Agent or mention her with @Diana Agent and she'll join automatically.

What can I ask Diana Agent?

Diana Agent can answer questions, search the web, summarize channel conversations, analyze shared files, create Slack canvases, manage channels, and work with your connected tools like Notion and GitHub.

How does Diana Agent handle my data?

Diana Agent does not store Slack message content beyond what's needed to complete your request. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. LLM providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) do not retain your data or use it for model training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I control what Diana Agent has access to?

Yes. Diana Agent only reads messages in channels she's been added to. Workspace administrators can manage Diana Agent's access from the Slack admin panel. Individual users control which third-party integrations are connected from the dashboard.

How do I remove Diana Agent?

A workspace administrator can uninstall Diana Agent from the Slack app management page. All associated data is deleted within 14 business days of uninstallation.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Diana Agent's core features — AI chat, web search, channel summarization, and file analysis — are available at no cost.
